Default clown fish attacked?

i noticed today one of the two clownfish i have has a small cut on the side of its body. It looks like a small red scratch with the area around it slightly inflamed. Is there anything i can do to help the process heal or just let nature takes it course? any suggestions would be appreciated.

the scratch healed up on its on and hardly visible anymore... still cant figure that one out

Thats awesome to see he has made a recovery. Are they male - female or is that still undetermined

thanks wayne, yeah it was quite the relief. Im assuming it is female because its the bigger of the two, i dont know much about that to be honest.
