Default weird frogspawn tentacles

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone has ever come across this issue before. I was looking at my frogspawn coral the other day and noticed weird yellow capsules at the end of a few of the tentacles. They move around in the tentacle and seem to pull together near the tips while the corals inflated. The yellow capsules almost looks like grains of sand, ill try to get a clear picture to post up but has anyone come across or seen this before? The coral itself appears fine and shows no other signs of disease or anything like that. I couldnt find any information about this on the internet either?
