FS/FT - Live Rock - West Vancouver

I have just pulled a bunch of rock from my tank due to having too much in my RSM 250, I had 140 - 180 lbs. I am not sure how much it is but I would guess 40+ lbs. Most of the rock is Hawaiian waterfall rock (denser than most types) and the rest is a typical low density live rock. I am open to offers: $40 obo.

-Coralline algae
-Copepods
-Amphipods
-Bristle worms
-Stomatella snails
-Baby snails (not stomatella, pale looking margherita style snails)
-Asterina starfish
-might even have one of my peppermints (by mistake, I do not intend on selling him/them)

Disclaimer: the rock does have aiptasia (more than a little..).

The tank it is in is 5.5 gallons.
