Default feather dusters?

hello my tank is getting run over with small feather dusters .is this a normal problem ?also are there any fish that would eat them. l probably have close to a few hundred small feather dusters all over my live rock

There's nothing wrong with feather dusters they clean your water. Not sure what eats them I've never thought about that.

I have a tonne also. They dont do any harm. But they dont look great when you have a hundred of them. You can brush them off your rock fairly easily. I tried killing them off by putting them in my sump. They loved it in that dirty space.

Depending on the size, age and other inhabitants in your tank there are a few types of butterfly fish that will eat them.

wouldn't worry about them, does though mean there's excess food around for them to eat.

From recent research I did.... it appears a yellow coris wrasse MIGHT eat them... along with flat worms and pyramid snails.

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

Copperbands wipe them out pretty quick.
