Starfish eating

Hi Reefers

What do starfish eats ? I am worried as I do not feed them directly. Put a piece of shrimp besides my purple starfish but he just 'walk' by with no interests to eat.

If your purple starfish looks like a linckia, it will eat microalgae from your rock and glass.
