![]() Which company is BWI?
I would like to be part of this as long as it is a bit flexible when I can pick it up...? I was going to place an order this week at BRS for GFO since it is on sale 20% off right now. I would be in for 6-8 lbs of the granular or pellet. I have come to prefer the granular or the pellet over the BRS "High Capacity" since the latter is way more than twice as expensive for only twice the absorption capacity (capacity is calculated by volume, not weight according to BRS). ![]() I have had this GFO send form Germany, as most of the GFO avaleble, one way ore the other has a link to Germany. and used it all the time,
it has a mass of 600 - 650 grams/L as most GFO's the thing to remember is that you can beter use less more often, than a hole bunch at once. reason for this is that it absorbs best the first 2 weeks, after that bacteria start to colonise on the GFO, making it more a bio filter. this is also the down side with the ROWA and other hi-absorption GFO's (thy are in general 1000 Grams+ a 1000 ml. also thy remove best in there first 2 weeks (thy absorb in that time more than the 600-650 gr GFO, however there preformance will go down the same as the cheaper 600-650 gramm GFO. overall you can remove phosphate with both type's of GFO, however if there is not much to absorb, why use a product that is overkill, and would not preform better ( you can drive a bike, ore a car, if i'm not alowdto go faster than 20 Km/H why use the car that can go 160 km/h) |
