![]() I loved that black frog too. Those 2 were pretty damned big, almost a foot long for the yellow & slightly bigger for the black.
I'm actually pretty gutted that I didn't get a perfect picture of it. Here's a blurry one.. ![]() And here's one of them both together (excuse the bear, he's there to show some scale!) ![]() Closer shot of the yellow Frog. ![]() . |

![]() Me neither. I don't know what kind of frog it is as the plaque was all in Japanese, but I was surprised not only at the size but also how active they seemed to be. The black one in particular was bounding all over the rocks. Really cool to watch & too bad my iPhone doesn't do video ![]() . |

![]() On Kids CBC (yeah, yeah..) they play these clips called.. um .. I think its "Come See the Sea" or something where they do funny little voices for fish but then replay the clip with a serious explanation of who they're profiling and stuff. There's at least one where they do frogfish and yeah you can tell they can get a bit bigger than the couple inches in size they tend to be when we purchase them. Neat fish, they are one of my fave's.
