![]() I buy my white schedule 40 PVC stuff from TSC stores.
I used the 1" diameter but if you want a lot of flow for a larger tank there would be no problem going to a larger diameter. |

![]() This setup on the vid will work but it will be loud. You will get a sucking sound from this drain. I would recommend a emergency backup drain also, (you will thank me later). Also don't use the bio balls save them for the mollies.

![]() I didn't drill my tanks but made the more complex overflow tube and then stuck a kleenex in the open upper pipe to stop the noise.
