Default 250DE Phoenix bulb just turned red!!!!!!

OK i just bought these two bulbs on boxing day and put them into a 48" Aqualight pro. and they are nice and blue for the past month. I go downstairs today, and one of them has turned redish color while the other one still stayed blue. I'll post pics later but because they are side by side, I can really tell the difference. I'm going to switch the ballasts around tomorrow and see if it makes a difference.

Have anybody else experienced this?
