traffic cone skimmer

been following this RC thread for a bit, thought the tipping bucket was something but now a traffic cone skimmer (pg 15).

I know traffic cones we have in the Firehall have that plastic/rubber smell for years. I would be worried about leaching???

The truth about the boxes stuck in the window...I run on the treadmill in my boxer shorts. I didn't want the neighbors getting any free shows so I wanted that junk trapped up there lol.
