Aquascaping
how do i reaquascape with out causing a mini cycle? i would like to move some liverock out of my display into the sump so that there is more swimming room for fish. what kinda problems would i be setting myself up for?

I have done it several times to my display, and have never had a major issue. So long as you dont stirr the sand bed up too much to the point where you cant see in the tank anymore, and dont leave the rock out for 8 hours.
I always end up re aquascaping, then as soon as all is done, do a H20 change, and have never noticed anything different. Although, im sure that there is always the possiblity.

I just did it on one of my tanks yesterday and no problem
I did a small water change after I finished my skimmer did go nuts for awhile and this morning everyone was good. It is a bit of a worry and yes I guess you take that chance.
