TOTM Election system
I did some looking around on this site and couldnt find any information on how Tank of the Month nominations are submitted or anything to do with how the Tank of the Month system is run in general. If there is a thread or a page explaining the system could someone send me a link?

TOTMs are based on member photos, so basically when people post photos of their tanks, we're sharking them for possible TOTM
 When we see some we like we discuss them in the back forty, then we canvass to see whos available to feature and off it goes.We don't really have much for a submission system but by all means if you wish to nominate someone, please send a PM to one of the moderators
