I found my turkey baster does not do a very good job when feeding a higher tank. Anyone know where we can get this Kent Marine's SeaSquirt Feeder http://www.petmountain.com/show_prod...tm_term=503450

in calgary?

No idea but I'm going to tagalong because that thing looks way cool and I'll pick one up too if someone owns up to stocking them!

have you already tried any of the usual suspects? Golds/Elite/Red Coral/Ocean City/Wai's/Pisces/Big Als/etc.?

.... FWIW, I checked bigalsonline.ca and they do carry it:
http://www.bigalsonline.ca/StoreCata...its=12&offset=

... and the store is usually pretty good about stocking items listed on the website so I'd say there's a good chance they'll have it. Worth a look.

I typed in "Kent Squirt" into the search engine. Although it is totally legit, I still felt a little dirty entering that into a search engine from my work computer.

Oh wait, was that too much information? Uh, never mind.

FYI you won't be able to feed anything larger than say, coral frenzy/reef roids with it, the diameter of the outlet is really tiny. I used mine a half a dozen times and put it in the "useless fish crap" bin.

I had one. Got it to feed mysis to my Sun Corals. I just trimmed a bit off the tip to increase the opening diameter. That did work, but my Filefish were right there eating the mysis, and damaging the Sun Coral polyps at the same time. So, in the end, mine ended up in the "useless fish crap" bin too. I actually just gave it away recently, during my "shutting down / getting out of hobby for awhile" process.

Cheers,

What do you do now? I am looking for something that can help me feed silverside for my anemonies, mysis shrimp or brine shrimp for other LPSs. What is the best tool out there? Any suggestions?

Thanks

A plastic pipette with a length of airline tubing on the end of it should be able to reach anywhere and hold mysis etc no problem.
