Default spider sponge care?

Hi any any advice on spider sponge care, my 2" frag is dying at the tip.

Took much light, not enough flow or you are not feeding it phytoplankton and cyclopse.

thanks so much, it has good flow mid-high, I hide it under a ledge so no light, feed phyto and reef roids, so everything else seems good.

Know anyone that has kept this long term?
