![]() I found a blue damsel in my sump that had been missing for a week to two, skinny but otherwise healthy.
Now the good part my sump is downstairs from my tank and during the last major water change it inhaled a foam ball down the outlet and was stuck somewheres between upstairs and down. So this little dude somehow made it down the piping past the foam ball blockage, out the exhaust spout, 10' drop all together through rubble at break neck speed then back up thru rubble (on the other side of a glass pane). Over into my skimming chamber (where the water is deflected down) From there he would have to jump over the glass to get to the the refugium section. and then finally he had to hurdle one more pane of glass to get into the the pump section where I found him miraculously not stuck to the pump. The pump chamber is about 6x15 and the pump is like 5x12 and it pumps huge. You would not believe it if you saw my setup! |
