![]() I have heard from a person in the legal profession that the new pot laws will be a backward step for those of you in B.C. because you pretty much enjoy pot as you please now...
And now you face the prospect of a ticket like the rest of the country (for simple possession), whereas until now it has come to be accepted as pretty much legalized? Is this true?? Are some of you burned over this? Does it make any difference? ![]() Just wondering - I've heard of some parties planned for September when this legislation is due to pass, by some very "professional" types of people. ![]()

![]() yeah that is correct, you wont be charged, but you will probably be fined.(if the new laws are passed and enforced)
where as right now, you arent fined, and you probably wont be charged. (for possesion of small amounts that is) ![]() so, if i were a person who partook in those types of activities, i would rather be slapped on the wrist, than slapped on the wrist and fined!
