Moving and want to be able to still do saltwater.

So I am thinking of maybe moving to the Vancouver area from Kamloops this summer. Maybe not my 120 but I would like to still be able to do saltwater aquariums. Anyone have any leads or suggestions on trying to find a affordable apartment or basement suite that would let me keep in the hobby?
