T5 light bulbs - is this a good combo?

I am going to get a 4-bulb t5 fixture for over my softy tank. 48" fixture/lights, all lights are 54w.

Would this combo be good?

ATI Pro
Blue plus
10,000k

Don't suppose someone would happen to have this combo on their tank and care to share pictures?
