Old Dual 400watt PFO 'eye' ballast $40

About 5 years old. One of the ballasts is not working. Someone told me it can be fixed with a new part...sorry can't remember the name. Apparently its a common part to wear out with these ballast and is relatively cheap to replace.

Or you can just use the one ballast. Or I figured someone may want it for spare parts. The thing seems to buzz kind of loud too.

Anyways, as is, $40.
