I guess there might have been an improper seal on the lid and now it super hard!
can't even grab a cup full. anyone have any ideas on how to loosen it up? i don't have a humidifier, would pouring some water into it be a bad idea? |

hammer and chisel.
I would not pour water in it just break it into chunks. |

I just chisel/shave it away with something.

just hit it with a heavy hammer it will break up, maybe a flathead screwdriver to turn it over.

I had the same thing...I just added some water to it.....it softens up and you scoop away.
but you will have to add water to it a little bit every time. |
