Default Lighting question?

I wanted to know the optimal tank depth for keeping softies using a Coralife SP 4x 65W 10000K light fixture.. I plan on using 4x 10000K bulbs in this fixture and will have another fixture running 2 actinic bulbs.

I will be keeping mostly zoas, mushrooms, palys and other stuff at around the same level of difficulty..

The tank foot print as far as length and width goes will be 4' x 18"

Thank you..

I take it your refering to the PC fixtures. should be good for a 16" deep tank. if you haven't bought the fixture yet look into some t5HO fixtures. the itch for lps and than sps will come soon after

Thumbs up

sounds good...

I will be running a total of 4x 65w 10000k with this fixture..
The now question is, should I run 3x 32w actinic or 3x 32w 50/50 in the 2nd fixture.

Thanks for your help!

My personal choice would be 2 actinic and a purple.
