I use the SanFrancisco Bay SW multipack (although none of my fish eat the squid), but mostly Piscine Mysis (best mysis on the market, get it from J&L). I only feed every second day, and soak the food in 3-4 drops Selcon and 1 drop Garlic Extreme every second or third feeding.

Out of the ones you've listed, go with what Myka and I use....San Fran! But I mix all my stuff. I'll feed frozen, NLS marine pellet (small ones), nori, clams etc. It's pretty varied.

I started using h2ocean 50/50 mix from King Eds.
It's got a sweet mix of bloodworms, mysis and brine shrimp.
Everyone loves it and doesn't seem to kill my skim as bad as some other foods I've used.

I did used to use the sanfran multi pack and liked it but I always wound up with a couple extra rows...
