Default Colour Fade on Zoas

During my bout of hair alage I had one of my zoa colonies totaly engulfed by hair algae. The algae has now receded but 60% of that zoa colony has lost it's colour. It is about 2 months now and the colour is not returning.

The 2nd colony which was not attacked by HA has etained its colour and has expanded.

Any tricks to bring the colour back?

I think with time and exposure to light after being freed fomr the HA the colour should come back.

I agree. I had a whole colony drop behind my rock and after 2 months I finally retrieved it. It's taken well over 45 days, but finally some color is returning. I bet in another month or two, it will be back to it's regular bright self.
