Umm don't you remember the alleyvids PFO ballast scam? Ripped off a sh!tload of people by offering PFO ballasts for next to nothing.. Do a search on RC for alleyvids.. you'll find all kinds of interesting reading.

No WAY.... that is amazing!
I was one of the unlucky ones involved in their fraud scheme, but thankfully the credit card companies have great anti-fraud protection and I didn't end up losing any money in the deal. Unfortunately others were not so lucky. I suspect ultimately this guy got what was coming to him. If he didn't do it himself, I'm sure there were 100's of disgruntled buyers who would have done it for him. Yes Troy, what goes around seems to come around, doesn't it?
