zeo question

hi i'm finally starting zeo this sunday but have ran into a little problem. for about 2 months already i've been doing regular doses of zeo trace element komplex which states that it can't be used in conjunction with the zeo method, the last time i dosed was this morning as i do every morning. my question is, how long must i wait till i can start zeo since this supplement is in my system water? thanx in advance-
