Default Electronic timer help

OK, I have a idea here. I am an electrician by trade, but been out of the electronics end fro way to long. Industrial electrician now. But, heres my idea/need. I am wanting to make a feeding timer, and Auto Top off relays. I have a 4 relay board here, Low voltage control. But, I need to build a adjustable timer that when I push the button, the relay activates for the set period of time. See, I am thinking one for my Closed Loop, and another for the Skimmer pump. When feeding fish, I can turn off the CL. When feeding the Corals, shut skimmer off for a longer period of time. Also need one for a buffer for the ATO. Just controlled directly via float right now and chatters the pump alot.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated. I can get Omron Timers from work, but they are way to large for what I am planning. I'd like to be able to do it with small components. Possibly little pre made circuts?
