Default Our 'Planet Oz' Reef Tank : )

This is our reef display we set-up at the Telus World of Science for a 3 month long exhibition called Planet Oz - Walk on the Wild Side, showcasing Australias variety of wildlife and human culture.

This 90 gallon reef contains 7 Lyretail Anthias, 15 Green Chromis, 2 Ocellaris Clownfish, 2 Pink Skunk Clownfish, red and blue starfish, cleaner shrimp, snails and corals.

The banner showcases the inhabitants along with some info about them. Some 250000 people seen this display during the 3 month exhibit's duration. Aquatic Escapes sponsored the set-up and maintenance of the aquarium.

The aquarium was a huge hit with the kids who named all the inhabitants by their 'Finding Nemo' names rather than the usual ones... : )

Hope you liked,

Diana and Raf

Great presentation Diana.

The tank looks fantastic.

I think the kids have a greater appreciation for this stuff than their parents.

Kids love anything to do with nature.

That's really neat. Did you approach them with the idea for the tank or did they come to you?

I want a banner for my tank now. It makes the tank look very professional.
