Default Sump/stand new-b question

When buy a sump for under my stand do I have to be able to remove it (for cleaning maybe?)while tank is going? I would like to get a descent size one but then I'd be unable to take it out when tank is setup.

Thanks! thats what I thought. I did see somewhere once where a guy said you had to be able to remove them periodically for cleaning

Its a Red Sea Berlin skimmer under a All Glass - Modern Series stand so its gonna be a tight one but it will work. I do have a 30''l x 12"w acrylic wetdry filter w/bioballs but I'm gonna look for something bigger for a 120gal and to have a refugium in sump
