Default Heniochus diphreutes, schooling bannerfish

I was wondering if anyone new where I would be able to find schooling bannerfish. Also if anyone has any experience with them could they tell me about it.
Thanks Super7

H. diphreutes is more desirable than H.acuminatus as it is reef safe and will mostly like not eat corals. However trying to distinguish the differences between them is almost impossible. In larger specimens you may have better luck but anything under 4" is a guessing game. You can try asking the LFS if they know but again, most won't and will guess. Your best chance is to have two species side by side and compare and the chances of that happening is never. Sorry I am not much help, just pointing out somethings about this fish while hunting for the same fish. I don't believe people would even be aware if they had one in the tank. Good luck.

I thought that there were differneces between the anal fins on each fish and that H.acuminatus has a more rounded chest. I do have a reef tank so I don't want H.acuminatus and want to make sure that I get the right fish. I'm guessing both species live in the same area, does anyone else know any tricks to distinguish between these two species?
Thanks Super7

Actually H. diphreutes is the one with the more rounded chest which only developes with age, so smaller ones will not show it. As for the anal fin comparision, that's tought too, need larger fish to really do any real comparison.

H.diphreutes has a shorter snout as well.
