I am looking for a Firefish for my 12g nano. Is anyone wanting to get rid of theirs? I am located in the Vancouver (Burnaby) area.

Do you have a cover on your nano tank? I had a firefish with egg crate and after a week not in the tank after few months. Just the other day ago i found him dried up on the floor about 3-4 feet away from the tank.
moral behind the story they jump so have a cover on at all times.

Oh wow! I do have a cover on my nano but I didn't realize that they can jump!

I know that my freshwater Oscar gets excited at times (during feeding times) and jumps out on special occasions...and he is quite big!

just another heads up, your firefish will probably spend 90% of its time hiding in a tank that size.
