Zoo Lightings Opinions

I'm looking for opinions on lighting for a shallow frag tank specifically for zoo's that will give the best color and growth, T5, power compact, halide. I just can't get enough zoo's I love them so much

. Plan on building a tank 8-12" deep for zoo's only. I'm also looking for thoughts on ideal growing conditions and setups.
