Default Tiny bugs at the water surface

A few weeks ago, I turned off my pumps and saw thousands of tiny dots bouncing up and down at the water surface. Don't think they are copepods. They're all eaten now.

No, I turned off the pumps. These things swim around and bounce up and down.

Could also have bee shrimp larva. I had it happen a couple of time with my camel shrimp. It was a feeding frenzy until they were all gone.

Ive had medusa jellyfish bud off of hydroids on my rock before. did they look anything like a small jelly (classic bell shape with little tentacles)? i believe i read somewhere that the main reason the jellies would bud from the hydroids is a temperature change.

From his description, i think they are SLIGHTLY a bit too small, AND with the video posted, you can see for yourself.

Yeah, I could believe they are amphipod larvae. They look like newly hatched baby brine shrimp but are whiter and move differently more smoothly as opposed to jerky. They don't look like fireshrimp nor hermit crab larvae. I've seen those before as well. Thanks for the link Slipstream.
