Default Ozone Reactor

I would like to see if anyone has a simple idea for a DIY Ozone Reactor? I would assume using a venturi pump to get the water "bubbling" into a piece of PVC could work...well not just like that but along those lines. I could just buy a super cheap calcium reactor but I would prefer to avoid that.

If you did go with the calcium reactor method to miz ozone into the water, would you still need to use and oxygen tank with the reactor?

I guess also a small skimmer used only for ozone could work.

I do not want to use my skimmer BTW because I have heard it can really effect the performance.

Thanks for any help!
