Default Can someone please explain...

...exactly how you've hooked up your RO/DI units? In particular, I have an Aquasafe unit. I am pretty sure I've done it correctly, but I'm the handyman equivalent of someone who can't even boil water in the kitchen without creating a disaster

Pics would be nice? RO/DI for Dummies/Drew?

I bought a purely h2O 4 stage unit. I hooked it up under my washroom sink using a T quick connect fitting and then I used Quick connect valves to turn it on and off. I only run mine once a week, so I let it run for about 15-30 minutes before I actually use the water from it. I think this is the easiest way to set it up, so people use an ATO valve if the have it connected direct to a system.

Grew, I havnt gto mine in yet, but here's what I am going to do. I am going to install it under the kitchen sink. from the cold water line, and plumb the drain into the sink drain. From there, the RO line will split, before it goes to the DI unit. (DI is gross fro drinking) Anyways, I'll have a RO line at the sink for drinking water, then a DI line will run to the living room for the saltwater tank T/O tank. Will most likely plumb in another line to a tap under the SW tank, so I can use it to full me FW tank

I will take thoural pics fro you if you need. But the RO unit hasnt even arrived yet. Waiting from Ebay. Hopefully soon.

You have the instructions from Aqua-safe?

I got my Aqua-safe installed in the fishroom using the piercing valve to tap into the cold water line. Output to float valve in sump.
