Default A plague of fireworms

So one night I noticed in my 10 gallon nano that I had a huge worm that didnt look like a bristle worm. Flat body not many bristles and at least 5 inches long. I havent yet seen the whole body of the worm. So I decided to put in a beer bottle with food in the bottom to trap it. Now yesterday night after I put the bottle in I saw at least 3 more and all bigger. The bottle trick didnt really work. Anyone have a way of catching these things? I was thinking when they are out and about at night using tweezers to pull them out. Do you think it might work or are they just too fast? If anyone has suggestions on how to get them out I would appreciate it. I wouldnt want them to injure my fish or corals.
