Default Are thes lights considered actinics?

Is the Coralife Aqualight T5 Strip Light considered a actinic because my Friend is setting up a reef tank and he has 3x 70w mh over a 33 g and wants to get actinic.
Heat is a like to the Coralife Aqualight T5 Strip Light

Only one of those bulbs is an actinic bulb. The other is a 10K bulb.

That one comes with 1 actinic and 1 10K
so he's 1/2 right.

Cool Lighting

Actinic light promotes the growth of Zoaxanthellae algae, essential for growth and well-being of all Photosynthetic corals and invertebrates [ not Macro algae.]
A good rule of thumb is to use one actinic and one or two daylight [ T5 ]
