![]() The lights are down...The moon lights are on...and there are thousands of brittle stars on the rocks & corals...floating in the water....stuck to the skimmer...Is this normal? Is it bad? I knew there were alot in the tank but I didn't realize there were this many. Should I try to get some out?

![]() I love brittle stars. It seems to be normal, I have the same thing in my tank and a few other reefers have mentioned the same "affliction". I think they're cool, have no idea what they feed on apparently I have lots of it because it certainly isn't hurting their reproduction.

![]() Brittle stars or Bristle stars? Hundreds or even thousands of bristle stars is normal for a lot of people, but I've never heard of a tank with that many brittle stars.
