![]() i'd like to get a couple porcelain crabs. but i'm worried they might try to take shelter in my corals...particularly my elegance which could be mistaken for an anemone. do they disturb corals if there is no anemone present?

![]() IME chance are the crabs would live either under or on the backside. I'm not entirely sure but I think they'd be ok anyway and the coral will get used to them.

![]() There is more then one species of porcelain crabs, Not all live in corals.
Of course the ones that dont are'nt seen as often because they hide in the rocks. (Porcelain crabs arent really crabs, But a member of the squat lobster family)

![]() Porc Crab.. don't bother corals at all.. it might still some food from coral, other then that I can tell you they love rock and cave.. they hide most of the time until supper time, then they do their crazy arms dance to trap the foods. Have you watch the movie Gorilla. They dance like gorilla with both their amrs open and close
