I've been using Global knives for a couple years now, I really like them. A friend has some really expensive Kasumi stuff and I don't see where they are so much better to justify 3 times the price, never mid the stuff you're looking at there.

I use Cutco. 35 Piece set, had them for 5 Years, and never had to sharpen them. Good stuff

Henkels and Cuisinart. No need to spend such gargantuan amounts of money on knives. They sure are purty, though

Same here. They are great knives.. I do need to send one knive to get sharpened though as it turns out using it to cut sod will dull your knive significantly.

i got some miracle blades off ebay, sounds gay i know but they are sharp as hell and they have 1 mean paring knife that the frozen shimp hate.

I've been using ones I picked up from Ikea years ago. Nice balance and comfortable plus they keep an edge.

I use the white plastic ones,with matching forks and spoons.Under $2 a bag can't go wrong
