![]() Is it safe to do so? My tank is in our living room and we cannot stand the current color that it is. I would like to paint the room and so was wondering if it is safe to do so. Moving the aquarium is kind of out of the question as its 120G and dont want to be bothered to do so until we change the floor sometime next summer.

![]() I bought the low VOC paint from Home Hardware (I think Rona sells it as well). It has almost no smell and didn't have any problems while painting.
If you choose to go with regular paint, make sure your skimmers are off and the tank is covered.

![]() No leave it all running, it shouldn't be a problem at all. I'd cover it, you don't want to get any paint droplets on the tank/stand (or heaven forbid, in the water). I have a bit of an issue with paint in that it likes to get everywhere but the wall I'm applying it to
