![]() Hi just wondering what type of coral would this be. I dont have a pic but there are many polyps I believe it might be an LPS. Anyway the coral has a skeleton that is a bunch of holes into which the polyps retract into. The reason I liked it is because I thought it was zoo's The polyps look just like zoos with longer stems and are white with neon green centers. Like I said I know its not zoos because when the polyps retract there is a skeleton that is just a bunch of holes that the polyps live in. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

![]() make sure you do a lot of reading about this coral as it is one of the most difficult corals to keep alive in our tanks

![]() From what I have read so far most people say the alveopora is relatively easy to keep but the goniopora is the difficult one that dies quick. Am I mistaken?
I have the alveopora |

![]() i've had really good experience with gonis.......from what i've read, it needs lots of indirect flow (ie. use of a SEIO or Tunze, not forced flow powerheads like the Maxi-Jet), and needs to be placed on the sandbed.
and target feed them reef-roids.....but yeah, they're more of a medium-advanced coral for reefkeepers. Zach.
