You can buy the stuff here in Calgary, at Pisces. Also they have some at Aqurium Illusions in Edmonton.
Sorry to jump in on this forum, but is the waterfall foam reef safe? If it is I think I'll use it on my rockwork (instead of drilling and zip tieing the rock together).

Home depot had it here too. Might be a seasonal item though. It is basically the same as the regular expanding foam insulation except for the black colour and quadrupled price.
