Default The right skimmer

What are some of the top notch skimmers out there these days?

I need a skimmer that will skim at least 200 gallons of water. Any recommendations on a compact low maintenance skimmer.

Thanks

I know many will disagree, however my best skimmer so far was Tunze 230.
I tried Berlin http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s...duct_ID=ps-rsb
was OK but nothing special, After that i had ETSS very good but needs a very powerfull pump like "Iwaki". Deltecs are good skimmers and will try DeltecMCE600 on my new 65 Gal, http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s...t_ID=DD-P0600E
at any rate Tunze I is small, quiet, very easy to clean and very low power consumption.
I know some experienced reefers who using Tunze for years and are happy.
i bought bigger model Tunze 240, Tunze also came up with a new type with 2 pumps with sentrifugal water flow that looks very good.
i can not imagine myself buyng a EuroReef I now someone who is using this skimmer for about two years now and this thing is not impressive at all, always plugged with salt creep, sponge thing full of detritus, needs constant maintanace.
At any rate i would buy a skimmer that is at least $400-500 anything less then that is waste of money.

I think that the top end skimmers have earned their reputation - Bubble King, H&S, Deltec - but it is going to cost. Personally I have used the BK's and the Deltec (HOB only) and would recommend either brand.
