If you got one of the inch long or smaller ones, they look funny when they have a full belly, little lumpy.

I find that if the fish doesnt eat consistantly it gets a lumpy belly when it does it. It was probly just a little hungry from not eating during the shipping and when the store fed them they eat alot.

If you have a Cleaner Shrimp, that will narrow down the disease possibilties, and you should have one for a Regal, as they are Ick prone. They do jam themselves in the rocks pretty good. They don't act quite normal for about a week after buying, and it may take longer to lose skittishness. They will look funny after eating Cyclopease, so food has a big effect on coloration. Mine is about 4 inches long, when it eats a lot, a vertical line/bump is apparent on both sides, especially when turning around. Give it lots of greens, mine loves Nori.

If it's still eating, that's very good, but don't sacrifice water quality making sure the fish eats. It should be picking at rocks most of the time, making sure you have no Hair Algea.
