Default work horse 7 ballast

Help I've just finished doing an upgrade of my tanks filter system, this required me to undo all my lighting and everything else. The problem is I have forgotten how to wire up my work horse 7 ballast and could not get the thing to work. Does anyone know how to hook one up?

Follow this link.

Top right hand corner has some drop down menus that allow you to print out your wiring diagrams for a variety of bulbs.

I have a diagram here as well. PM me if for some reason you don't get the info from the link above. I can send or fax you a copy of it.
