Default Goby Problem

OK here's my situation,

Yesterday I decided to add an Orange or Diamond head goby and all $ell has broken loose! This little 2" juvinile fish has been sifting so much throughout my reef that there has been desert storm action within the reef, causing most of my corals to remain totally closed. I was informed that this fish would do the job of two watchmen gobies but would also not do as much sifting as a yellow headed sleeper goby.

Getting to the point, does anyone have any experience in keeping this fish and also if this is going to be an on going problem does anyone have any tips on catching it without removing the entire reef
