![]() Picked up the 20pc Diamond point bit set fom Princess Auto. Know with a diamond hole saw to use water, but water needed with the die grinder bits?

![]() What you can do is tape a round item around the hole with duct tape and fill it with water to keep things cool.

![]() No, they go quick, took me less than 5 minutes to cut and trim for 3 - 1/2" bulkheads.
Personally I just prefer to have a hose pouring onto the work surface, but I peirce straight through, then cut the hole to size, not this 1/4 of the way per pass stuff. They're in with the rest of the dremel and drill bits. Andy |

![]() Oh man I just about had a heart attack before I drilled 10 holes in my 190g acrylic. I don't think there is any way I would ever try glass. I did run across this thread on Reef Central though that I though was very good as it includes pictures for drilling a glass tank that might be informative.
