what are the ways to reduce this to 0? ive got water batching for a water change tomorrow. will running carbon help? cranking up the skimmer to get lighter and more skimmate? & i've cut back feeding. i didnt think i was feeding heavy but will cut back more any other ideas?? thanks rob

![]() Carbon should pull out the ammonia...check for decomposing fish or food. Water change should help but need to make sure u know what the root of the problem is.
You are right about cutting the feeding until u figure out what was causing the spike. Js |

![]() I used to have a Hagen kit that would give me 0.25 ammonia all th etime, even on RO water. Maybe double check your kit against another.
