Default Coral Question

I have a few corals in my tank. Zoo.s, Digitata, trumpet, torch Finger leathers, and star polyps.
My question is how come things start to wilt or hide particulary leathers, and star polyps.? It has happened before but has goten better.
I do weekly water changes, water parameters are good and my sg is at 1.023
why does this happen?what am i doing wrong?

I find that star polyps go through wierd stages. It happens to me for no reason i can think of. They will start to die back a bit not look has nice and full then eventully come back. I havent been able to figure it out.
