![]() hi, i broke off some little pieces of my orange cap, and thinking of mounting them on a piece of lr. what is too small of a piece to mount and expect to grow. ive got a couple of pieces about 1/4 by 1/4"

![]() I found, every frag is different. I have been able to grow nice peices from slivers and chips. Mount them and take the chance. Your best bet is to find a crack in the rock and wedge them in if they are small.

![]() I had a piece that was no bigger then the eraser at the end of a pencil it grew and is still growing.
